Stavria Gaitanaki

Stavria Gaitanaki has been a member of the Corinth Bar Association since 2012 and a founding partner and Managing Partner of Kotsonis – Gaitanaki Law Firm since 2018. She graduated from the Democritus University of Thrace and holds a Master’s degree in International and European Economics from the Athens University of Economics and Business, with a thesis on Competition Law and Business Mergers in the European Union.
Her practice has a strong focus on real estate and property law, including high-value property acquisitions, Golden Visa matters and complex property due diligence for international clients investing in Greece. She is closely involved in Your Legal Home, the firm’s dedicated property legal service for international clients.
Stavria also has extensive experience in commercial and corporate law, particularly in corporate transformations, mergers, spin-offs and business investments. Her work with major business groups has given her substantial insight into the organization and operation of companies, while her experience as a Scientific Associate of the Ionian Islands Region has provided her with first-hand knowledge of Greek public administration and regulatory practice.

Spyros Kotsonis has been a member of the Zakynthos Bar Association since 2013 and a founding partner and Managing Partner of Kotsonis – Gaitanaki Law Firm since 2018. He graduated from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and holds a Master’s degree in Tax Law from the Athens University of Economics and Business.
His practice has a strong focus on real estate and tax law, with extensive experience in high-value residential and commercial property transactions in Greece. He advises international investors, entrepreneurs and tourism businesses on property matters where legal certainty, taxation, contractual terms and commercial considerations need to be assessed together. He is closely involved in Your Legal Home, the firm’s dedicated property legal service for international clients.
Following his postgraduate studies, Spyros worked at a leading Greek law firm specializing in Tax Law, gaining significant experience in highly specialized legal matters. Maintaining a legal practice in Zakynthos since 2013, he has represented prominent entrepreneurs in the tourism, industry and wholesale sectors and has extensive experience in the negotiation of significant commercial agreements. His broader practice also includes administrative, tourism and banking law.

Spyros Kotsonis has been a lawyer of the Zakynthos Bar Association since 2013, founding partner and manager of our company since 2018. He completed his law studies at the Kapodistrian University of Athens and holds a Master’s degree in Tax Law from the Athens University of Economics and Business.
He has many years of experience in the fields of tax, administrative, tourism, banking law and real estate market law. After his postgraduate studies, he worked in a leading law firm in the field of Tax Law in Greece, gaining significant experience in providing specialized services at the highest level. Maintaining a law office on the island of Zakynthos since 2013, he has represented some of the most important entrepreneurs in the field of tourism, industry and wholesale, while his contribution has been decisive in negotiations of important agreements.
